You must have a net worth of at least $1.6 million CAD, legally obtained;

Entrepreneur Program

The Entrepreneur Immigration Program was created to bring experienced business people from all over the world into Canada in order to boost the economy and create jobs. If you are a qualified entrepreneur interested in starting a business in Canada, this Business Immigration to Canada program may allow you and your family to enter Canada and receive permanent residency or citizenship.

To qualify for Business Immigration to Canada through the Entrepreneur Program, you must meet the following criteria:

Have at least $300,000 CAD net worth, legally obtained;
Have at least two years of experience in management of a qualifying business; and
Be willing and able to establish or acquire a business in Canada which will create at least one job for a Canadian citizen or permanent resident (not including yourself and any family members).
